We offer different solutions for pipe rehabilitation.
Trenchless solutions are typically used in cases where open cut installations would be difficult or impossible with consideration to the surroundings. This method is in general used in cities and when crossing roads and railroads.

WehoPipe pipes are especially suited for trenchless solutions. The pipes are strong and robust enough to easily withstand the - often somewhat rough - handling needed for this application.
Horizontal directional drilling means pipes are being pulled through soil without any previous drilling or any other kind of preparation before installation. The operation is usually carried out by drilling through the soil with an air or water pressure nozzle mounted on a robotic arm. At the same time pipes are pulled through the hole.
Pipebursting means pulling a new pipe through an existing pipeline that at the same time is cracked into pieces. This method is typically used when the new pipe needs to have at least the same diameter as the old pipe - but often larger sizes are installed.
Relining means pulling a new pipe into an existing pipeline. The new pipe will be of a smaller size than the old one. All other things being equal, this means less flow, but this is out-balanced by the new pipe being leak-proof and easier to clean, to mention a few of the advantages.
Which of the above-mentioned methods that is best, must be judged case-by-case. Through its experience KWH Pipe, together with contractors, can recommend the best solutions for you. It is already clear what kind of pipes are best suited for rehabilition: PE pipes.
